We've all been there with monotonous treadmill workouts and endless rounds of jumping jacks and squat jumps.


This guide utilises 4 different formats/styles of interval training to keep workouts varied and exciting. 


I've incorporated over 50 movements to keep the workouts stimulating and varied. 


All of the workouts are 30 minutes and under and can be completed either at home or in a gym environment.



This guide is completed with video tutorials and the hardest most hig impact movements come with suggestions for modification.
